Can I try the products first?
All our products are available on 30-day Home Trial. This gives you plenty of time to make sure that your light is right for you and total peace of mind just in case it isn't. It's part of the service and one of the benefits of ordering direct from Lumie. For full details, please click here.
How soon will I receive my order?
Orders are usually processed the same day or next working day. We guarantee to dispatch all orders within 21 days but if we can't (if, for example, we are waiting for a shipment of stock) then we will let you know, giving you the option to cancel with a full refund.
In the UK, we use Royal Mail First Class post for small, low-cost items. For larger and more expensive items we use an insured courier to deliver your goods within three working days. Express delivery costs an extra £6 and your order arrives the next working day.
Can I order without registering?
Yes you can! When you place an order we require an email address from you by law, but we completely understand if you don't want to register when you make your purchase; if you want to keep it simple that's fine with us! BUT If you do choose to register, there are lots of benefits.
Is the online ordering process secure?
Yes. We are committed to providing a shopping process which is secure. We do not keep your credit card details in our database. See our privacy policy for more details.
Do you ship overseas?
We do ship to addresses outside the UK, however a number of countries have Lumie product distributors of their own. We cannot take orders from customers in these countries, sorry. For more on overseas distributors, and to check whether your country has a distributor of its own, click here.
