Using a visor enables you to receive the light you need for improved mood and energy, when and where you need it - all the benefits of bright light therapy in the most portable form. Although they're not as powerful as standard light boxes, visors are proven to be just as effective when treating SAD because all the available light is directed right where it matters, to the back of the eye.
